Jennifer Iovino, founder


Prior to founding JMI Branding Forward, Jennifer’s detail oriented management style, passion for perfection and creative style for planning special events, landed her in some of the top restaurants in Boston, including Jody Adam’s acclaimed Rialto, Lydia Shire’s award winning Biba & Pignoli and Jamie Mammano’s celebrated Mistral where she oversaw Mistral’s special events department and managed all marketing, public relations and off-site events. Upon leaving Mistral, she created her own Event Management & Consulting Company, working with area restaurants on managing their special events, marketing & public relations. In 2010, she was approached by Peterson Party Center to manage the re-brand of New England’s largest tent & event rental company. As Director of Sales & Marketing, she focused on design of showroom & customer service spaces, creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns & social media presence, along with purchasing & development of new products. This re-branding resulted in Peterson Party Center being purchased by a private equity firm and in conjunction with acquiring its main competitors, is now considered one of the largest, single-location party and event rental businesses (now Peak Event Services) in the country. 
Jennifer is a graduate of University of Vermont, with a Self-Designed Major in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurial Studies and is active in many local and international event associations, including:
